Meet Our Managing Team
Iain was the first BBC employee over 20 years ago when he moved to the Muskoka region with his young family. He has vast experience in leadership and supervising with our teams, and with our clients. His experience in the construction industry started as a boy working at his families logging business in Scotland and has continued over the last 34 years.
On-Site Project Manager
Muskoka born and raised, Justin has worked with BBC for the past 12 years. He is the youngest member of the managing team and a proud family man. Both a licensed Red Seal Carpenter and a trained Project Manager, as well as the company's representative for the Muskoka Home Builders Association where he sits on the Board of Directors
Over 20 years of accounting and business ownership in Muskoka, Erin is the newest addition to the BBC managing team. She attended Carleton University for Commerce, and is currently enrolled at George Brown expanding her knowledge of architectual technology. Erin and her family have lived in Muskoka for over 30 years, and both her sons work in the trades.
